Today, we remember. Twenty-four years ago, our nation was shaken by the tragic events of September 11th. Nearly 2977 lives were lost in a single morning, each one leaving behind loved ones, stories, and dreams that were never forgotten.
We honor the first responders who ran toward danger, the passengers of Flight 93 who fought back, and the families who have carried this loss every day since. Their courage reminds us of the strength found in ordinary people during extraordinary moments.
In our community and across the country, we recommit ourselves to the values that carried us forward: unity, resilience, and service. We must never forget the heartbreak of that day or the resolve that followed.
We remember the lives lost. We honor the heroes. We stand together, always.
