Today is National Food Bank Day, a day to come together to support those in our communities who face food insecurity.
I recently had the pleasure of touring the New Lenox Township Food Pantry alongside director Jim Pitcairn. Through donations and volunteers alone, the pantry is able to serve more than 100 families in the area.
