Rep. Sheehan’s Letter to the District

Dear Neighbors –

Having just been sworn in as the new State Representative in District 37, I am honored to represent residents in Will and suburban Cook counties in the Illinois House of Representatives in Springfield.

I am passionate about public service and committed to addressing the needs of our communities. Serving as a Police Officer for nearly two decades, making Illinois safe for families is my mission. I am deeply rooted in the community and I will rely on my experience from serving in law enforcement and in local government when making decisions to return our state to a safer, more affordable place to live.

I can’t wait to hit the ground running to reduce the cost of living for Illinois families, keep our communities safe, support small businesses, and promote the health and safety of our seniors. I am reaching out to personally invite you to contact my office to share your thoughts on legislation and state issues of interest to you.

I plan to be very engaged in the community, and I welcome the opportunity to tour local businesses, schools, service agencies and attend community events that are important to you. I appreciate any opportunities and invitations to connect with these entities so do not hesitate to share them.

I also welcome feedback on issues important to you and your family, so please contact my legislative office any time or e-mail me at sheehan@ilhousegop.org.

Cheers,

-Patrick Sheehan | 37th District
